Mother Bless Digital Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. Data We Collect
- Account: name, email, mobile number (registration)
- Project: business name, financials, GSTIN, PAN — used only to generate your DPR/CMA report
- Payment: we do not store full card or UPI credentials. Razorpay handles all payment instruments end-to-end (PCI-DSS Level 1). We only see masked references and signed order IDs.
- Technical: IP, browser, device — for security & fraud prevention
2. Why We Collect It
- To generate and deliver your DPR/CMA report
- To process payments and provide customer support
- To comply with Income Tax / GST audit requirements (7 years retention)
- To improve the product (in aggregate, anonymised form)
3. AI / LLM Processing
When you click "AI suggest" or use AI narrative features, certain anonymised project data (industry, growth rates, financial ratios) is sent to a Large Language Model provider (OpenAI / Anthropic / Google) via Emergent's secure key proxy. No personally identifiable information (PAN, GSTIN, individual names) is sent. LLM responses are not stored by the provider beyond the request.
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We share only:
- With our payment gateway (Razorpay) — to process your payment
- With LLM providers — anonymised data, only when you trigger AI features
- If required by law / court order
5. Security
- HTTPS / TLS 1.3 everywhere
- Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes (never plaintext)
- Brute-force protection: account locked after 5 failed logins
- Rate limiting on auth and payment endpoints
- Daily database backups
6. Your Rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@dprforge.com. We respond within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act 2023.
7. Cookies
We use only session cookies for login and CSRF protection. No third-party advertising cookies.
