DPRForge is a 100% digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. The deliverables of every purchase are digital files (PDF + Excel) that are made available for download from your account dashboard.
1. Delivery Method
- All purchases are delivered electronically via secure download links inside your DPRForge dashboard.
- A GST-compliant tax invoice is emailed and made available for download as a PDF immediately after payment.
- No physical product is shipped at any time — there are no postal, courier, or freight charges.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Razorpay payment: Instant — your project unlocks within seconds of payment success.
- Wallet purchases: Instant deduction and unlock.
3. Non-Delivery
If the payment was successful but the project / download did not unlock within the stated timeline, please contact us with your order ID at info@dprforge.com or call +91 7300213623. We will either deliver the report manually within 24 hours or initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy.
4. File Format & Compatibility
- DPR / CMA PDF: A4 / Landscape A4 PDF (compatible with any modern PDF reader)
- Excel Workbook: .xlsx format (Microsoft Excel 2016+, LibreOffice Calc, Google Sheets)
- Invoice: A4 PDF (GST-compliant — SAC 998314)
5. Re-Download
Your purchased downloads remain accessible from your dashboard for as long as your account is active. There is no limit on the number of times you can re-download a file you've already paid for.
