By using DPRForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

2. Account & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Notify us immediately at info@dprforge.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Use of the Service

DPRForge provides a tool to generate Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) reports for loan applications. The output is a draft document. You are solely responsible for verifying all figures with your auditor / CA before submitting to any bank or government scheme.

4. Disclaimers

• DPRForge is a software tool. It does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, or subsidy eligibility.
• AI-generated narratives are suggestions — you must review them for factual accuracy.
• RBI / SEBI / Government scheme rules change over time. We update templates periodically but make no warranty of regulatory current-ness.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, templates, training material on DPRForge are © Mother Bless Digital Solutions. The DPR / CMA output (your data + our template) is licensed to you for the loan application it was prepared for. Resale, sub-licensing, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.

6. Payment & Cancellation

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mother Bless Digital Solutions's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to DPRForge in the 6 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dungarpur, Rajasthan.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage news section. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
